Prepare the specification
Confirm substrate condition, system build-up, selected samples, grading, area and site constraints. Obtain the current installation guide and SDS; this article does not replace them.
Review supplied PU quantities
The supplied TDS lists a 25 kg binder set of 20 kg binder and 5 kg hardener, a 4:1 ratio by weight, nominal 3 mm thickness and approximately 5 kg aggregate per m². Binder consumption depends on the substrate.
Confirm site application and reopening
Follow the approved method and product label, assess actual consumption through a site trial and agree traffic reopening conditions. The laboratory drying result is not a guaranteed reopening time.
